I have always had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This goes back to grade school. When I first heard about PATHS I was skeptical but now I understand what all the excitement is about! I am using goals, faith, eat right and energy and motivation and each module has been wonderful. I believe the goals has been very synergistic with the eat right module and I have so much more energy than before from the energy and motivation module.
