I am a proud graduate from the self esteem module. I was on it for about 9 weeks and apparently don't need it anymore. I had started with this module because I really needed help in this area. I had not been that way all my life at all. But for the last 4 years I was in a real downward spiral, feeling more and more isolated. I was feeling more and more down about how it seemed most people were pretty mean and I'd rather not bother with them.

In my second week of using this module I got a huge boost in my "chi." It was like I got in this super good mood that just stayed with me and my physical feeling was much better.

To this day I have about 95% less worrying thoughts about how others treat me and about my life in general. Not everyone turned nice, I just sincerely...

Wow that self esteem mod really hit the spot this time (again, lol). Just wanted to let you know it is helping a ton right now. Instead of pining over the loss of an idealized relationship (a loop I seemed to have no power to escape before) I am seeing it/feeling it with more perspective, and also am able to focus on other things....
